Shhhh….Mama doesn’t know that I steal away in the wee hours of the morn, plop on her thinking machine, and, with careful paw precision, record my recollection of the prior days’ events. All she knows is that I dislodge myself from her legs around 5:00 am, allowing her roll over for the first time all night.
I usually give mama a few minutes after she has climbed onto her big fluffy bed, before I jump up and position myself just above her knees. Mama said I’m better than wrinkle cream, ‘cause she now sleeps flat on the back, completely still for 6-7 hours a night, avoiding all the pillow creases on her face. (Skin without fur…a strange predicament) I’ve heard the talk though, she just thinks when I’m curled up in a ball with my chin facing up, I’m just too cute to disturb. That’s kitty love!
